The President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, received politicians, intellectuals, women officers and academics from the Murusade community at the Presidential Palace.

The meeting, which was organized in a big way, discussed how the community should strengthen its role in the reconstruction of the country and the process of building the government of Somalia.

The members of the community welcomed the President’s efforts, promising to support the President in any effort to free Al-Shabaab from the country.

The intellectuals of the community were particularly pleased with the implementation of the plan for the election of a person and a vote promised by the President. and the vote that would give them the opportunity to elect those who truly represent the constituencies they were elected from.

Another thing that was focused on in the meeting was how to liberate Al-Shabaab from the areas where the community lives in Galgaduud region, so that the people of those areas can get the government services they need.
